What the service includes
We set up one recurring job and run it for you each month. For example:
- Replying to new enquiries
- Reminding clients before an appointment or class
- Compiling a monthly report from your existing tools
The service includes:
- Setup and testing of the job
- A connection to up to two of your existing tools
- Up to 31 scheduled runs, each one checked, with fixes when something fails
- A log of completed runs and a short summary
- A 30-minute review with you
We agree the number of messages or report sources in your written scope. From you, we need the job, the information it uses, access to your tools and a person on your team who owns it.
Extra jobs and new connections are outside this service and need their own scope. Your software subscriptions stay in your name.
How the service runs
Setup and testing
We set the job up with your existing tools and test it on real examples. Enquiry replies start as drafts you check.
Running each month
AI drafts replies and reminders from your wording, which keeps the work consistent and affordable. If a run fails, we fix it and tell you.
Monthly review
Once a month we go through the log with you and agree any changes.
Replies and reminders send on their own only after you approve the wording and we have tested them.
